Kingfisher Place was founded by Director, Matthew Corke, with the goal of providing financial planning services of the highest quality to his clients in the Cotswolds, London, and beyond. In the early stages of his career, Matt worked as a technical consultant at St. James's Place, the UK’s leading wealth manager, helping the UK’s largest body of Chartered Financial Planners create and deliver the right planning solutions for their most complex client cases.

After returning from a sabbatical to deploy overseas with the Army Reserves, Matt decided to use the knowledge and experience gained in his previous role to begin building the trusted, long-term relationships that come with advising clients of his own. The creation of Kingfisher Place Financial Planning was the next step in Matt’s mission to offer his expertise and service excellence to help more clients secure the financial future they want.
